Asparagus was placed on the grill, next to the skillet.<\/p>\n
I was planning on adding some couscous or something similar to the meal, but the halibut steak was pretty big and we really didn’t need it. Once it was ready, we simply cut the large steak in half, added the shrimp, asparagus and a half a lemon for garnish. Delicious.<\/p>\n
